- 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and apple cider. Stir well.
- Add sliced apples, pears, lemon, orange, and cinnamon stick.
- Sweeten with honey or simple syrup if desired. Mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for best flavor infusion.
- Before serving, top with sparkling water or ginger ale for a bubbly finish.
- Serve chilled in glasses with fruit slices.
Notes
For extra autumn flavor, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg before serving. Pear brandy can be used instead of regular brandy for a deeper fruit flavor.
