Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and apple cider. Stir well.
  2. Add sliced apples, pears, lemon, orange, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Sweeten with honey or simple syrup if desired. Mix gently.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for best flavor infusion.
  5. Before serving, top with sparkling water or ginger ale for a bubbly finish.
  6. Serve chilled in glasses with fruit slices.

Notes

For extra autumn flavor, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg before serving. Pear brandy can be used instead of regular brandy for a deeper fruit flavor.
