- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
- Cut puff pastry into small squares, slightly larger than the muffin tin cups.
- Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, creating a small cup.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup, then top with about 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and brie is melted.
