  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Purple and green gel food coloring
  • Black food coloring (optional for spooky effect)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.

  5. Pour spoonfuls of each color alternately into the crust, layering colors. Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool slowly for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
