  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 12 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir well.
  2. Add orange, lemon, lime slices, strawberries, and pineapple chunks.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices.

Notes

You can swap fruits depending on season. Moscato or Riesling can be used for a sweeter variation. Fresh mint adds extra freshness and color.
