Description

This White Citrus Sangria is a bright and refreshing cocktail perfect for summer. Crisp white wine combined with fresh citrus fruits creates a zesty, fruity, and easy-to-make sangria.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit segments (optional)
  • 12 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir well.
  2. Add orange, lemon, lime slices, and grapefruit segments if using.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with extra citrus slices.

Notes

For extra flavor, use fresh and ripe citrus. Adjust sweetness with a splash of simple syrup or liqueur if desired. Fresh mint can enhance aroma and presentation.
