This Virgin Lavender Mojito is a refreshing, floral twist on the classic mojito — made without alcohol. Fresh mint, zesty lime, homemade lavender syrup, and sparkling water combine for a light and elegant mocktail perfect for spring and summer gatherings.

For the Lavender Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
For the Mojito
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons lavender syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

- Make lavender syrup: In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in lavender, and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and cool completely.
- Muddle mint: In a glass, gently muddle mint leaves with fresh lime juice.
- Add syrup: Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of cooled lavender syrup (adjust to taste).
- Add ice & top: Fill glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish & serve: Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover lavender syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup. Always use culinary-grade lavender.
