Ingredients

Scale
  • Vegetables
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup cucumber slices or sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup broccoli or cauliflower florets
  • Radishes, sliced (optional)
  • Creamy Dip
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces or sticks. Arrange them on a platter or in small bowls by color.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and onion powder.
  3. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust flavors as needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  5. Serve the chilled dip alongside the fresh vegetable crudités.

Notes

You can add fresh herbs like parsley or chives to brighten the dip. To lighten it up, use all Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayo. Prep vegetables up to 24 hours ahead and store them in airtight containers for maximum freshness.
