- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Extra sugar for rolling (optional)
- Optional Peanut Butter Drizzle
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, melted
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop large 1/4-cup dough balls and gently flatten the tops for that signature Crumbl look.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until lightly golden on the edges but soft in the center.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes (they continue to set).
- Optional: Drizzle with melted peanut butter mixed with powdered sugar.
Notes
For extra Crumbl-style softness, slightly underbake. These cookies freeze beautifully—store in airtight bags for up to 2 months. Add chocolate chips for a peanut butter cup variation!
