This Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring is a delicious, festive, and incredibly easy appetizer or holiday meal. Filled with tender turkey, creamy cheese, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce wrapped in golden crescent dough—it’s perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers, parties, or Christmas gatherings.

- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circle, overlapping the wide ends to form a ring.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture along the base of the dough ring.
- Layer the shredded turkey evenly over the cream cheese.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough triangles over the filling and tuck underneath to secure.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Great for using leftover Thanksgiving turkey! You can swap turkey for chicken, add chopped pecans for crunch, or serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side. For a savory touch, drizzle with warm gravy.
