Tropical Red Sangria is a vibrant, sun-soaked twist on the classic sangria, bursting with pineapple, mango, and citrus. This fruity and refreshing wine punch is ideal for summer BBQs, beach days, or any tropical-themed gathering.

- 1 bottle (750ml) fruity red wine (like Zinfandel or Grenache)
- ½ cup coconut rum or white rum
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (added before serving)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine Liquids: In a large pitcher, mix red wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and sugar or agave if using. Stir to combine.
- Add the Fruit: Stir in mango, pineapple, orange, and lime slices.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, to let flavors meld.
- Finish & Serve: Add lemon-lime soda or sparkling water and ice just before serving. Stir gently and pour into glasses with fruit.
Notes
Coconut rum gives this sangria a real tropical flair, but you can swap for white rum or skip the spirits altogether for a lighter version. Use frozen mango or pineapple in place of fresh if needed.
