Ingredients
200g rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
400ml coconut milk
2 eggs
Butter, grated coconut, and cheese for topping
Instructions
Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine rice flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.
Wet Ingredients: Add coconut milk and eggs, mix until smooth.
Bake: Pour into a banana leaf-lined pan, bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.
Top: Brush with butter, add cheese and coconut.
