  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool. Drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, and chickpeas.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
