Description
This is truly the BEST White Sangria recipe – light, fruity, and incredibly refreshing. Made with white wine, brandy, citrus, and fresh fruit, it’s the perfect pitcher cocktail for summer parties, holidays, or any celebration.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 peach or nectarine, sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green or red grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups club soda, sparkling water, or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup or honey. Stir to mix.
- Add sliced peach, apple, orange, lemon, and grapes to the pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor infusion.
- Just before serving, add club soda or soda for a bubbly finish.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For a tropical twist, swap the apple for pineapple or mango. If you prefer sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of a dry white wine.
