Description
These Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are the ultimate no-bake holiday treat! Soft, creamy, and dipped in smooth white chocolate, they taste exactly like a festive cake pop—but better. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, they’re perfect for parties, gifting, or holiday snacking!
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla or chocolate)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla almond bark, melted
- Red and green sprinkles (for decorating)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crumble the Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese and vanilla (if using). Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch truffle balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for 10–15 minutes, or until firm.
- Dip each chilled truffle into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped truffles back onto the baking sheet and immediately add festive sprinkles.
- Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for a creamy, cake-pop-like treat!
Notes
For extra holiday flair, drizzle red or green melted candy melts over the truffles before adding sprinkles. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. These freeze great too—just thaw before serving!
