- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp honey or simple syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and strawberries for garnish

- Brew hibiscus tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Blend strawberries until smooth, then strain if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, honey, and water.
- Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.

Notes
For a sparkling version, replace water with sparkling water just before serving. Chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
