These Halloween Oreo Brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and loaded with festive orange-filled Oreos. Perfectly chewy with crunchy cookie bites, they’re a spooky and irresistible Halloween dessert.

- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 15 Halloween Oreo cookies (orange creme)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions (or your favorite homemade recipe).
- Fold in half of the Halloween Oreo cookies (chopped) and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Press the remaining Oreos gently into the top of the batter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles, and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake and allow them to set as they cool. You can also drizzle melted white chocolate tinted with food coloring for a spooky finish.
