These Halloween Oreo Brownies are rich, fudgy, and loaded with chunks of Oreo cookies. Perfect for spooky celebrations, they’re easy to make and fun to decorate for Halloween with candy or themed toppings.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Optional: Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, or white chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Optionally, add sprinkles or candy decorations.
- Bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares. Decorate further if desired.
Notes
For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies. You can also swirl white chocolate on top before baking for a spiderweb effect.
