Ingredients

  • 1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries and lime wedges for garnish
  • Coarse sugar or salt for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Rim a glass with lime juice and dip in coarse sugar or salt.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add ice and shake well for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into prepared glass filled with ice.
