Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine salad greens, diced apple, cranberries, pecans, roasted butternut squash, and cheese if using.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
