- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Boil eggs: Place eggs in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel.
- Prepare filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill eggs: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and optional herbs.
- Serve: Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy as a festive appetizer!
Notes
For a festive twist, add finely chopped cooked bacon or a pinch of smoked paprika. These can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
