- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: sliced jalapeños for topping

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a small amount of water according to packet directions. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese until smooth.
- Fold in seasoned ground beef and green onions.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese and optional jalapeños.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. For extra heat, add diced green chilies or a splash of hot sauce.
