- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup diced onions

- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken, then add pineapple chunks and diced onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken and shred with forks, then return to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Optional: garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve over steamed rice, quinoa, or with your favorite vegetables.
Notes
