- 2 lbs frozen meatballs (beef or beef/pork blend)
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions or sesame seeds

- Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated through and saucy, garnish if desired.
- Serve warm directly from the crockpot.
Notes
These meatballs are great for potlucks and can be kept warm on the slow cooker’s WARM setting. Add crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.
