Description
This Summer Fruit Sangria is a light and refreshing white wine cocktail perfect for hot days and gatherings. Packed with seasonal fruits and a touch of citrus, it’s fruity, easy to make, and visually vibrant.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda (optional, for fizz)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir well.
- Add orange, lemon, lime slices, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and grapes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices for presentation.
Notes
Feel free to swap fruits depending on what’s in season. Moscato or Riesling can be used for a sweeter variation. Fresh mint can also enhance flavor and presentation.
