Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, corn syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency: add more milk (a few drops at a time) for flooding, or more powdered sugar for thicker outlining icing.
