- Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine: Return chicken to skillet, add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss everything together over medium heat until noodles are coated and sauce becomes slightly sticky, about 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
You can add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas for extra color and nutrition. Adjust the sweetness or saltiness by changing honey or soy sauce amounts.
