- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Β½ teaspoon paprika
- Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Toothpicks (for securing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Season the outside with paprika and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2β3 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20β25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
