Delicious bite-sized spinach and artichoke cups made with crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for parties or appetizers!


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or thawed frozen, squeezed dry)
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or marinated)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: shredded mozzarella for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin cups to form little shells.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
  6. Optional: sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden and filling is heated through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer.
