Delicious bite-sized spinach and artichoke cups made with crispy wonton wrappers, perfect for parties or appetizers!
Ingredients

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or thawed frozen, squeezed dry)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or marinated)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: shredded mozzarella for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin cups to form little shells.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Fill each wonton cup with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
- Optional: sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden and filling is heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day ahead and assemble right before baking. These can be served at parties or as a snack.
