- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the spinach-feta mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around edges.
- Carefully roll the dough from one long side into a tight log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels and place on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian-friendly option, omit the egg wash. Pinwheels can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 4 hours before baking. Serve warm or at room temperature.
