Description

This Spiderweb Halloween Cheesecake is a creamy, baked cheesecake topped with a striking chocolate spiderweb design. Perfect for Halloween parties, it’s both spooky and delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form crust. Bake 10 minutes and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over crust. Smooth the top.
  5. Pipe concentric circles of melted chocolate on top. Drag a toothpick from center outward to create a spiderweb pattern.
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes until center is almost set. Let cool in oven for 1 hour with door cracked, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For extra spookiness, add candy spiders or plastic Halloween decorations on top before serving. You can also add a few drops of black gel food coloring to the cheesecake batter for a darker effect.
