- 1/4 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 2–3 thin slices fresh jalapeño
- Ice cubes
- Optional: chili salt for rimming the glass, lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the Glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into chili salt. Set aside.
- Muddle: In a shaker or jar, muddle the jalapeño slices with lime juice and agave syrup.
- Mix: Add blood orange juice and a handful of ice. Shake or stir well.
- Serve: Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling water.

Notes
For a milder version, remove jalapeño seeds or steep for less time. You can also add a splash of orange-flavored sparkling water instead of plain for extra flavor.
