- 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Sparkling water or soda (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, and brandy (if using). Stir well.
- Add apple and pear slices, then sprinkle in cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or soda if desired.
- Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with fruit slices or a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired. For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine and brandy with apple juice and additional cider.
