- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

- Pour sauce over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until pork is tender.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water into the sauce and stir well.
- Cook on HIGH for 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return pork chops to the sauce and coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve with rice or vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in the sauce for 1–2 hours before cooking. You can also add sliced bell peppers or carrots for a complete meal.
