- 4–6 boneless pork chops
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Green onions for garnish

- Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, chicken broth, ketchup, vinegar, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour sauce over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Mix cornstarch with water and stir into crockpot.
- Cook an additional 20–30 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables. For thicker sauce, leave lid slightly ajar during final cooking.
