  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

  3. Pour sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.

  5. If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
