- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

- In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook an additional 15 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or as a party appetizer with toothpicks. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
