- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Place potatoes, carrots, green beans, and onion in the slow cooker.
- Lay chicken on top of the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, chicken broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture evenly over chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve warm straight from the crockpot.

You can swap vegetables with zucchini, broccoli, or bell peppers. For crispier chicken, broil for 3–5 minutes before serving.
