- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Add garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until tender.
- If desired, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 15 minutes more to thicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
