- 2 cups water
- 3 carrots, sliced

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions
- Add ingredients: Place chicken, broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and seasonings in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Shred chicken: Remove chicken from the slow cooker, shred it using two forks, and return it to the pot.
