  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bok choy or spinach
  • 3 packs ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

  2. In a bowl, whisk beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.

  5. Stir in bok choy or spinach.
