- 3 large eggs

- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes or until the center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Mix cinnamon with 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle over the top before serving.
- Optional: drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce for extra flair.
