Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Make cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk or cream until smooth. Cook until thickened. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
