- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 1–2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each kielbasa piece into 1–2 inch chunks and slice across the top almost all the way through, like a Hasselback, leaving the bottom intact.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
- Brush mustard mixture generously over the sliced tops of the kielbasa pieces.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until slightly crispy and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.
