  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Parmesan, or your choice)
  • Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for extra flavor

  2. Blend wet ingredients: In a blender, combine eggs, milk, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and herbs to blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Fold in cheese: Pour batter into a mixing bowl and gently fold in grated cheese and optional herbs or green onions.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool & serve: Let cake cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
