- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a portion of cooked sausage and scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and optional vegetables.
- Roll up from the wide end and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm!
