- 1 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Β½ teaspoon black pepper
- Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautΓ© onion for 2β3 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and cook 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Return sausage to the skillet and stir in soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for an additional 2β3 minutes, stirring to combine flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve hot.
