- Shape the cookies: Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and add a caramel piece in the center (or prepare to drizzle caramel after baking). Seal and roll into a ball.
- Bake: Place on a lined sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.

Notes
