- 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Pasta:
- 8 ounces fettuccine or your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preparing the Salmon:
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet, sprinkle lemon zest over it, and set it aside.
Making the Pasta:
- Cook the fettuccine or pasta of your choice according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the salmon, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Return the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Slice the cooked salmon fillets into smaller pieces and gently fold them into the pasta.
- Heat the entire mixture for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring it’s heated through.
