This Rosemary Grapefruit Mule is a refreshing and citrusy cocktail with a bold herbal twist. Zesty grapefruit juice pairs beautifully with spicy ginger beer and fragrant rosemary for a drink that’s perfect for sipping all year round.
Ingredients

- 2 oz vodka (or gin for variation)
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup (see notes)
- Ginger beer, to top
- Ice, for serving
- Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge
Instructions
- Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary syrup. Add ice and shake well.
- Pour: Strain into a copper mug or glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top & Garnish: Top with ginger beer and garnish with rosemary and a grapefruit wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make rosemary simple syrup: combine ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 1–2 rosemary sprigs in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar dissolves, steep 10 minutes, then strain. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
