Instructions
- Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of raspberry puree to each champagne glass.
- Top slowly with chilled champagne or prosecco.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, a lemon twist, or mint.

Notes
