Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil or melted butter, ranch seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container to maintain crunch.
Notes
